Lacha Paratha

The term ‘Lacha’ means ‘ring’. This paratha is made of crispy layers of dough resting upon each other. The dough is frequently folded over and fried on a pan to make it flaky. Our Lacha Paratha has crispy, buttery, flaky layers, making it a perfect match to go with tea.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat Flour. Water, Margarine, (Palm Base), Salt and Baking Powder.

HOW TO COOK

Remove a packet of Plain Paratha from Freezer. Peel one side of the plastic wrapping from the plain paratha and place the uncovered side on a preheated pan, remove the second plastic wrapping and then bake for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Do not use ghee or oil. When both sides are ready remove baked Paratha from the pan and place it in a palate. Your Paratha is now ready to eat.
