Egg Cheese Paratha

Ingredient

1/2 cup Egg(Boiled and grated),

200 gm Cheese,

2 cup Maida,

2 cup Wheat Flour,

1 cup Onions,

4 to 5 Green Chili (finely chopped),

1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala,

4 to 5 strands Coriander (finely chopped),

1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds,

1 cup Oil,

1 piece Butter,

Salt to taste,

Step1In a deep pan add enough water and add egg and once it gets boiled, remove the shell and grate the egg with help of the grater and keep it aside.

Step2In a bowl add maida, wheat flour, salt and water and mix them well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Step3In a pan add oil and add cumin seeds, green chilies, onions and garam masala and fry it nicely.

Step4Add the grated egg and the grated cheese, salt, and chopped coriander and mix it well and keep the stuffing aside.

Step5Divide the dough into equal portions and roll a portion of the dough into a 125 mm. (5”) diameter circle by using a little whole wheat flour.

Step6Put a portion of the stuffing in the center of the circle and bring together all the sides in the center and seal tightly.

Step7Roll again into a circle of 175 mm. (7”) diameter circle by using a little whole wheat flour.

Step8Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and place the paratha and brush with butter over it and cook until golden brown spots appear on both the sides of the paratha.

Step9Serve it hot with mango pickle.

3 – 4 Minutes.
