Homemade Paratha Roll

For the Filling (Chicken or Beef)

• 300g boneless chicken or beef (cut into thin strips)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp red chili powder
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp yogurt
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 onion (sliced)
• 1 bell pepper (sliced)
• 1 tomato (sliced)
• Green chilies (optional, sliced)
• Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

For the Sauce

• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp chili sauce (optional)
• 1/2 tsp black pepper

Additional Ingredients

• Fresh salad (lettuce, cucumber, etc.)
• Pickled onions (optional)
• Lemon juice (optional)

Recipe

Step 1- COOK THE FILLING:

1.  In a bowl, marinate the chicken or beef strips with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and yogurt. Let it soak for 15-20 minutes.
2.  Heat oil in a pan and cook the onions until golden.
3.  Add the marinated meat and cook on medium heat until the meat is fully cooked and tender.
4.  Add sliced bell pepper and tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5.  Sprinkle with chopped coriander and green chilies, then set it aside.

STEP2 -COOK HOMEMADE-FROZEN PARATHA :

1.Heat a tawa or frying pan and cook each paratha on both sides with  until golden brown spots appear.
2.  Cover the homemade parathas to keep them warm.

STEP 3 -ASSEMBLE THE PARATHA ROLL:

1.  Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, chili sauce, and black pepper in a small bowl to prepare the sauce.
2.  Take HOMEMADE-PARATHA  and spread a spoonful of the sauce in the center.
3.  Place the cooked meat filling on top of the sauce.
4.  Add fresh salad, pickled onions, and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
5.  Roll the paratha tightly to enclose the filling.

STEP 4-SERVE:

• Present the hot homemade paratha rolls with a side of extra sauce. Enjoy!
